Evaluation Question 2

Evaluation question 3

What have you learnt from your auduence feedback? I have handed out a questionnaire to a sample audience and have shown them a preview of my first and second drafts or my trailer. This was possibly the most important part of my project as this is where I have learnt what the target audience would like to see and what they think of my first draft. After receiving the feedback I have set out to improve my product and produce an improved draft. Here are some of the key points that have been made during the feedback stages of my drafts.

Positive Feedback From trailer
Chosen music is good
Very funny
Good acting from all characters
Actor fits with character
Looks professional
Good transitions of sound
Good timing of shots
Steady shots Funny storylne

Negative feedback from trailer
Sound could be better at the beginning
Music needs to be faded out at the end.
Didn't like the music in the lift scene
Music at start doesn't fit Common room scene could be quicker (faster tempo)
Some scenes not professional

My Film Poster Final Draft

This is my film poster final draft, of my groups film "Out of Control". I chose the colour scheme relative to the toilet scene in the film, and enhanced this image by usng splatter effects that I downloaded from an independant Photoshop brushes website. This is my final draft, however this took several drafts to gain the desired effects, e.g. the correct splatter effects and the faded gradient background from white to brown. I followed conventions from the American Pie (1998) film poster with how the title was demonstrated, for example the box surrounding the title, and I made this style unique by applying it to our film and my own film poster.
